La casa dei colori is a newly refurbished BandB, extremely close to Palermo Central Railway Station (just 400 meters, 5 minutes walk away).It is ideally situated for enjoying Palermo city centre's stunning attractions such as Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria, Museo Archeologico Nazionale,Teatro Massimo, Teatro Politeama. Thanks to his central location visitors can easily get local transports (all from Central Station) to beautiful amenities outside the city: Monreale, Cefalu, Mondello Beach and Palermo city airport Falcone-Borsellino. At the same time our guests could enjoy Palermo by night, as the city's most attractive pubs, restaurants and discos are really close to us!The B and B is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, built in 1929. The bed and breakfast has been refurbished and modernized in 2011.The bed and breakfast has got two bathrooms - one for women e another for men - and it owns three doublerooms. The green room is a twin room and it is furnished with two single beds, two bedside tables, one wardrobe, one desk and a big mirror. This bedroom has got a big window and it is very bright and quiet. The orange room is a double room and it is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, one large wardrobe, one chest of drawers and a mirror. The bedroom has got a balcony on the street. The Turquoise Room consists of two separate beds, two nightstands, an armoire, a desk brings books, a table seating four, and is lit by large windows. The room is fairly quiet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating system (except the turquoise room that has no air conditioner but an electric fan for the summer and a warmer for the winter), tv, internet wireless. The cleaning service of the rooms occurs every three days and bed linen is changed twice a week. The bathroom is clean on a daily basis and towels are changed twice a week.
